Meet Clara — your AI partner
The whole company behind you. In your pocket.
Clara doesn’t just file receipts. She builds your software, runs your campaigns, drafts your contracts, and thinks the hard calls through with you — then handles the day-to-day office on top. One partner. The range of an entire team.
Set up in minutes — entirely from your phone.
Far past the to-do list
Everything you’d build a team to do.
Clara isn’t a glorified inbox. She does the strategic, creative, and technical work too — the same kind of thinking a developer, a marketing lead, and a chief of staff bring. Then she runs the admin underneath it, quietly.
Builds & ships software
Designs, writes, debugs, and deploys real working software and tools — the way a product team would, without the product team.
Runs marketing & ad campaigns
Concept to launch: the strategy, the copy, the creative, and the landing pages — built end to end.
Including this one.Thinks the hard calls through
A strategist on call: model the options, weigh the trade-offs, and pressure-test the plan before you bet on it.
Drafts legal & compliance
Contracts, policies, and terms drafted and adversarially reviewed — then routed to your counsel before anything goes live.
Researches anything
Market scans, competitor teardowns, vendor and name checks — the deep homework, done in minutes.
And the whole day-to-day office
Bookkeeping, receipts, scheduling, reimbursements, and follow-ups — the entire admin layer, handled in the background.
Speaks and listens
Hands-free when you need it: tap once and Clara reads your briefing and answers aloud — for the road, the shop floor, or simple accessibility.
English & Español
Each person’s language is set when their account is created. A Spanish-only owner and an English-only manager run the same business, each in their own language — and Clara switches on request.
Run like a real company — because it is one
An org chart, not a chatbot.
Clara doesn’t just answer questions — she directs a full back office. Eighteen departments, one chief operating officer, all working for you.
Separation of duties, approval chains, and locked, tamper-proof reports — money only moves the way it’s supposed to.
Set up before you arrive
The basics are already running on day one.
You don’t configure Clara. The everyday back-office automations are switched on the moment your briefcase opens.
Daily briefing
Every morning: what’s due, yesterday’s numbers, and anything waiting on your approval.
Weekly executive summary
A Monday recap of the week’s money, tasks, and momentum — written for you.
Recurring costs, posted
Subscriptions and fixed bills book themselves to your ledger automatically.
Website SEO watch
Clara checks your site’s health and flags fixes before they cost you traffic.
Reconciliation & reimbursements
Receipts match to events; reimbursements route up the approval chain on their own.
Referral rewards
Your own referral code and rewards are live from the start.
Reclaim your time
She never sleeps. You never wait.
Clara is ready the moment you are — 2 a.m. or mid-rush, it makes no difference. The next idea, the next report, the next product, the next response: none of it sits in someone’s queue or waits for office hours. It executes on your time, not anyone else’s.
The math that changes everything
A team like this costs a fortune. Yours doesn’t have to.
Eighteen departments’ worth of work. Done the old way, that’s eight specialist hires — developer, marketing lead, finance, legal, compliance, operations, HR — to cover all eighteen, plus the salaries, onboarding, mistakes, turnover, and the job of managing them all. Clara is one quiet line item that never calls in sick.
Eight hires — two to three hats each — to cover all eighteen

Always by your side, never in the way
You run the business. Clara runs the rest.
Tell her what you need
Ask in plain words, the way you’d brief a sharp colleague. No menus to learn, no forms to fill.
She does the work
Builds, writes, files, drafts, and schedules in the background — across every business you run.
You stay in control
Money moves and anything sensitive wait for your okay. You approve; she executes.
Capture once. Filed everywhere.
Snap it. Clara does the rest.
Photos, PDFs, screenshots — drop in anything. Clara stays in sync with your Google and iCloud calendars and your email, so every expense lands against the right event, the right client, the right day. You enter it once.
You fill this in once. Here’s the path it takes — on its own:
The receipt photo is filed securely the moment you snap it.
Amount, merchant, and date are pulled from the image and tagged as a client meal.
Linked to the Acme Co. meeting pulled from your synced Google or iCloud calendar.
A request is created and routed up the approval chain — nothing posts without sign-off.
Your okay sends it straight to the ledger, booked to the right account.
Archived in your searchable library and shown in your next daily briefing.
Connect once. Reconciled daily.
Link your corporate accounts to your books.
Connect your business bank and corporate cards, and every transaction reconciles into your accounting automatically — no manual bookkeeping. It works with whatever payment processor you already use: we read your deposits, we never take a cut of your revenue.
Your security
We never hold your numbers.
Back Office Briefcase processes your data — not your money.
Your card and bank numbers are never stored by Back Office Briefcase. All payment credentials are held by Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment processor, inside Stripe’s secure vault. We keep only secure tokens and, at most, the last four digits for display.
When you link a bank or corporate card, the connection is made through Stripe’s secure system — we receive read-only transaction data to keep your books, never your banking login and never your full account numbers.
In short: if our systems were ever breached, there are no card or account numbers in them to expose.
The team you couldn’t afford. The one you don’t have to manage.
